Description

832 ADVANCED SUPERLINE® – NEON LIME

Sufix 832 Advanced Superline® is the strongest, most durable small diameter braid. It is built with 8 fibers (7 HMPE plus 1 GORE® Performance Fiber) and 32 weaves (pics) per inch. Due to its high-pitch count, it is also hydrophobic (water-repellent). The R8 Precision Braiding and fiber technology provide superior strength, roundness and line consistency. By adding GORE® Performance Fibers we improve abrasion resistance, increase casting length/accuracy and reduce line vibration. HMPE fibers provide the high strength and sensitivity, hydrophobic water-repellent protection and small diameter. All of this makes Sufix 832 Advanced Superline® 30x more abrasion-resistant than other braids. This line is great for casting, trolling and jigging, when high abrasion-resistance is needed.

Close up observation of the line showed some prettty significant air gaps in the braid structure. Both maximum break and diameter were signifcantly over the claimed values. The MEI value was quite poor compared to other lines.
