If you’re requesting a specific fishing line, please check our Inventory page first to see if it’s already in our testing queue.

If it isn’t listed, we don’t currently have it. Unlike many reviewers, we purchase the majority of the fishing lines we test ourselves. This means we need to source the line, purchase it, complete a full laboratory test, analyse the results and publish them before it can be added to our database.

Because of this, we simply can’t purchase every line that’s requested.

If you’d like a particular line to be tested, the best way to help is to send us a sample or spool. This allows us to add it to the testing queue much sooner while keeping our testing independent and unbiased.

Every line we test becomes part of our permanent public database, helping thousands of anglers make more informed purchasing decisions. Your contribution benefits the entire fishing community—not just a single request.
